1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Omni Payments.
- “You”, “Merchant”, “Client” refer to any individual or business using our services.
- “Service” refers to payment processing, Merchant on Record (MoR) services, payout infrastructure, and related tools offered by Omni Payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered entity with proper business documentation and comply with local and international laws relevant to your industry.
3. Service Description
Omni Payments provides secure, scalable, and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing services for high-risk and regulated businesses, including MoR services and payout APIs.
4. Merchant Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate business and banking information.
- You are responsible for handling customer service, fulfillment, and delivery of goods/services.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to taxation, KYC, AML, and data protection.
5. Fees and Reserves
- Service fees (MDR), setup costs, and rolling reserve percentages are agreed upon during onboarding.
- Reserve balances may be held for 30–180 days based on risk and transaction history.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
You are responsible for managing chargebacks. Omni Payments may offer dispute resolution assistance but holds no liability for chargeback losses.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Illegal activities
- Excessive chargebacks or fraud
- Failure to comply with terms
8. Limitation of Liability
Omni Payments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruption, chargebacks, or delays.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
